Description

This kit was developed using a combination of drawings made in 1910 of Southern Pacific interlocking towers and photos and measurements of the tower still preserved at Santa Clara, California. This was a common standard Southern Pacific design. The Santa Clara tower was built in 1926 and remained in service until 1993.

The kit is laser cut from MDF, laserboard, and basswood. The kit includes the interlocking machine and some other interior details, as well as a large battery box that is outside the building. This is a craftsman level kit.

The first of a few videos showing how to construct the kit is here.
